With a staff of over forty five years of climbing experience, we offer climbing enthusiasts year-round, indoor and outdoor programs. 

Each season has something special to showcase; wintertime offers ice climbing, skiing, and avalanche courses, or climb the classic ice routes here in the Northeast. 
 
Come out during the rest of the three seasons to learn to lead, set up top ropes, self-rescue, or climb classic rock routes around the northeast.

Rock Spots/Prime Climb

We provide climbing wall inspections and staff training for your climbing or challenge course programs.  Our inspections and trainings meet Association for Challenge Course Technology, (ACCT) and American Mountain Guides Association, (AMGA)  standards. 
 
Our experienced staff of certified inspectors, AMGA Rock Instructors, and Single Pitch Instructors will make your experience with us rewarding and memorable.
 
The VR staff will be traveling to India in July/August 2025 to explore some unclimbed peaks in the Northern Ladakh region. 
 
We are also planning an expedition to climb Mount Kilimanjaro January 2024, limited spaces are still available!
